Memories of Maui was painted, upon request, as a companion piece for Hana Coast.  The characters portrayed here are a fairly good representation of the common sites when diving on Maui.  My love for the Green Sea Turtle gave this creature dominance in the foreground, while the Humpback whale and the dolphin share the deeper areas.  The Hawaiian State Fish, The Humu Humu Nuku Nuku Apua’a, the Unicorn Fish, and other  fish that are seen often in these waters share the foreground with the friendly turtles.
